FORMAT OF PINKGINGER COOKERY PROGRAMME:

1. The classes are exclusively for small groups (approx eight - 10 persons). Guest Chef max 12 - 13 persons.

2. Each Customer receives a detailed recipe pack.

3. A substantial tasting of the menu is enjoyed during the class and also as the demonstration concludes- while sitting together around a large dining table, sharing the food that has been prepared (Come Hungry!)

4. The classes are of a demonstration format, however attendees are encouraged to participate if desired. PinkGinger classes are enjoyable, relaxed and informative.

5. The duration of each class is approx three hours unless otherwise specified. This includes some relaxation time at the end of the session where customers can enjoy the food which has been prepared and ask any further questions.

6. Tea and coffee is served with 'The Sweet Treat' at the end of Supper Club Bookings (private bookings of eight persons) - see Supper Club page.

All classes are of a boutique nature, held in Eimers' home in Sandymount, Dublin. The kitchen was designed with Pinkginger in mind. It has a bright, modern but stylish atmosphere and overlooks a beautifully planted courtyard garden. The format of PinkGinger is unique in that it is a small exclusive gathering where customers receive value. This sets PinkGinger aside from many other Cookery Schools which cater for larger numbers.

Eimer's experience and knowledge is a unique feature of PinkGinger.

PRICE RANGE: - all prices and discounts also apply to PinkGinger Vouchers Purchased

€ 75.00 per class per person

€140.00 for two classes per person

€200.00 for three classes per person

If a person has attended PinkGinger Supperclub as part of a private group booking, they will be eligible to a discount on any class they attend in the future. The cost of attendance will then be €65.00.

If a person chooses to attend more than three classes, any class attended after the third visit will be priced at €65.00 per person - a discount of €10.00 per class.

SUPPERCLUB AT PINKGINGER - GROUP BOOKINGS:

Are catered for competively at €65.00 per person. A tailormade demonstration can be organised to suit the groups requirements

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

For all classes, the full fee must be paid at the time of booking. Except for group bookings where €200.00 deposit must be paid in advance.

Payments should be made to 'PinkGinger'. Cheques or cash are acceptable. Facility for credit cards or bank cards is not available at present.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The class fee can be refunded if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to date of the class in question.

 

Payment can be transferred to another class - if four weeks notice is given.

Places on a class may be transferred to another person, simply notify PinkGinger.

If , for any reason, PinkGinger cancels a scheduled class, any affected customer will be notified and refunded immediately. OR if PinkGinger customers prefer, they will have an option of availing of a discount of €10.00 which will be applicable on any available class dates in the following two months.
